Who remembers this show?

I have dreams of this goofy show. The gold satellite .....When I was akid I thought gold glowed because of the scene where they are making gold bars.
The adventures of the flying cement mixer!
Ha! I did the same thing. Their stage props and lighting were ..... well, memories are way better than the actual show. But I did love it.I've recently watched a couple of reruns...and despite the nostalgia, it was tough to sit through...but back in the day, it was great to watch.

I suppose I should add these for posterity, there not all 3D printed but they are all designed in CAD.View attachment 1875908View attachment 1875909View attachment 1875911View attachment 1875912View attachment 1875913View attachment 1875914View attachment 1875915View attachment 1875916View attachment 1875917View attachment 1875918

"Necked down" to .50!!!!! What's the original round diameter?
Love that Mayak! I've always been a sucker for snipers. Talk about a complete opposite (technologically and otherwise lol), here was my last sniper (well capable for sniping anyways) project:

Real rifle, you've probably heard of it without knowing this particular one (it was early on). Pretty cool piece of kit, it's a precision guided rifle system that can allow a guy with zero experience to pick it up and hit 1000+yard targets cold.Is that your own design or is it based off a real rifle?

I was commissioned to model this as a wall-hanger, a real one is north of 20k I think.
Here's an old article with basic info on the rifle
This scope is pretty much magical in the hands of the complete newb. It eliminates quite a lot of otherwise crucial training. It does for real what newbs think a laser sight does. Put dot on target, then pull trigger.Real rifle, you've probably heard of it without knowing this particular one (it was early on). I’m guessing it’s something like a scaled up 5.56 NATO. Very interesting!Necked down from a 14.5mm casing. On the left is the modified 12.7x114mm HL round and on the right is the Hornady .50 cal.

Looking at that casing, it's more like a mini-canon than a sniper rifleNecked down from a 14.5mm casing. On the left is the modified 12.7x114mm HL round and on the right is the Hornady .50 cal.
