Here is my first full set of nuts for the War Machine shoulder bells! A smashing success!

I am still messing with the tint as I don't want the parts to be white under the paint. That way if the paint chips....which I know it will....there is something other than pure Storm Trooper white under the armor...
The gray one with all the bubbles was the first cast and with it, I learned to pour out my 320 into larger cups and let the air bubbles settle out before pouring into smaller mixing cups!

Some bubbles after mixing the jugs and pouring for measuring ruined the first one..:$
Also, if as you pour/fill the mold you do it gradually and tap the mold to get the bubbles to rise out.. so, fill, tap, fill, tap, fill, tap made a perfect cast with no bubbles. This is when I want a vacuum chamber.
The light gray one (first) was 2 drops, the grayer ones were 5 drops of pigment and the almost black were 6 drops... They warned me not to go too heavy on the pigment as it will alter the outcome badly if over used.
What is cool, is that under my white parts I'll put in one drop to get a metal grey, might even shoot for that under the whole armor.....metal so that when it chips it will look like battle damage with metal showing..:cool
Good first effort...David, yours are next!
