Hey guys and girls, I finished pepping the chest last night and when I first held it up, I thought that it was too small :S
But after sleeping on it and comparing it to some reference pics I'm starting to think that it could be ok and actually may help with mobility being on the small side. Would appreciate any feedback on this folks :)

Looks quit tight.. remember the abs must fit in between. :eek

Yep that's definitely a concern, in the picture I'm holding it closer to my body than it should be, it will tilt out at bottom to make a bigger gap at the front for the abs, not sure how much of a gap I would have around the sides when connected to the back, maybe I could add an inch at the join. I'm worried that If I go bigger my arms will be hitting the top of the chest plate. I vaguely remember somebody having an issue with the chest but I can remember the outcome, I think it was Trychick? Sure she built two chests (maybe more) before getting it right..

You will now as soon as you finished the back, if it fits or not.
Trychick also has 2 more problems to worry about. :lol (.)(.)

damn, that's very good :D still, i think it's a bit small, because in the 2nd pic the chest bended in a way it's not suppose to be (hope you understand what i mean) and the distance between your neck and the chest is quite big. you should wait and do the abs first so that you have a nice scale for the chest, in my opinion.

thanks for the feedback, I know what you mean about it bending outwards the wrong way, I think the picture makes it look worse than it is, I'll upload another from a different angle. I think your probably right about doing the abs next before I commit to doing another chest too. Any plans on doing the abs Omarbou1 ? ;)

I really don't want to do that again! lol

Dont worry guys the abs and cods are next im just focusing on my final exams for this semester and then i have a whole month and a half to model
btw if you should scale the chest up.. i know you've already built it but anyways its your choice ;)

That's unanimous then! I'll scale it up a few cm's. I'm coming to terms with it now, I was in denial for a long time though!

Look forward to seeing some new files when them come Omarbou1 but understand you have priorities (and good luck btw).

For anyone that's interested in scale, for that chest I had set to 256 which made it 35cms across at the widest points of the chest. (I'm 6'1" - 80kg).
I'll probably scale up to 300 which will make it 410cms at the widest point.

For now I'm gonna take a break from the chest and have a go at arms.

Thanks all.
