So I've had my V3s for about a month and a half and almost 100% of the time they are kept in the box. I only take them out occasionally to look at them. And I do it away from windows. Unfortunately the soles are still going yellow. I'm not sure if I will purchase better clear soles if they become available as I am waiting on word of the V3PL.

WOW those screen used shoes have certainly seen better days.
In the last link, it almost looks like it was cut open.

Note the screws are still in the mid-sole from when they attached the shoes to the hover board. There is a 720P video floating somewhere on the net that shows them do this. Cordless drill driving the screw right through the shoe in to the board.

It looks like it wasn't kept in good condition. And the foamy soles have crumbled.

You can see the back of the shoe though where the clear soles join onto the back of the midsoles, there is no inward arching caused by the clear rubber like the 2011 shoe, its actually joined on similar to a V2 pair at the back.

The Elastic also looks bigger than the RD shoe, looks like its a few mm bigger than the RD and V3.

The polyurethane rubber used back then used to break down after 5 or 6 years. It looks bad because that shoes is so old.

Yes, the screen used ones definitely look like a softer, more flexible material was used. The V3's are a little stiff in the upper compared to the V2's.
Which is a good thing in the 'wings' but not the toebox.
But the sole is softer than the V2's - not quite as soft as the V1's though.

Which is why I will hold off if they are released to wait for any revisions to come out if they end up being prone to failure.

This is part of the reason I believe that Nike has yet to announce anything on their power lace MAGs. They probably came across very bad electrical and mechanical failures that would start way too soon so if they have any warranty on them almost all of them will need to be replaced.
