Nike MAG replicas (V2 and V3 only)

Do any of the V2's come smaller than size 8? Seems like all of them start at 8. As a woman with small feet, it's damned hard to find things I can use in my Marty cosplay. Most of it I wind up having to make/modify. I wound up getting a pair of the HC mags because they came in size 5 (which is still a half size too big but at least wearable.) I'm a woman's 6.5 which is a boy's 4.5 equivalent. Any fellow ladies out there who have Mags?

Yeah I believe they are too big, on top of it, they size bigger than what they are listed as, the reason why I never bought a pair.

Yes.... they used Nike's pictures. I know someone who bought them.... nike is stitched on, everything is good except the "Nike" on the top doesn't light up, it's a glow in the dark. Might be worth picking up a pair and replacing with the real light up "Nike". Quality is pretty good from what I have been told. I plan on picking up a pair and we will see!
 
so if this new v3 turns out to be legit then potentially the cost of the v2's should drop right? or will they try to increase the price a little? i can see them saying if these are too much i have this pair for half the cost...

i can't buy a pair at $700. I would at try to work it out at $500 max but i kinda feel like a $200 pair of v2 are going to be this best i'm going to get, and you all know how that turned out for me last month.
 
I'm thinking about getting a pair of the V2, these ones look good and if you click on feedback lots of people comment with pictures of them. Just wondering what yall exsperts think before I add to cart.

The first few pictures are of RD Mags, not replicas. They've just Photoshopped the heel cup logo.

The last image or two are images of the V2s, which look totally different to the main image they show. Don't be fooled.

EDIT: Note how different the user images are to the main image they use. V2s are great, but don't expect to get RDs by ordering from there.
 
Thanks Nick I see that, I think the V2's look good for the price tho and after the mods will look even better. :thumbsup As long as a V3 doesn't come out and make me regret it. :lol

FYI, there is three types out there and you links show the V2 which is the shoes you want. Because that is in Euros, I'd run with link three after contacting the seller first to make sure they actually ave them. These shoes should be listed about $250USD.

The factory leds are 3V and all 12 are wired in parallel. This is why if one drops out, the others stay on. They will burn out if you use them with a 9V battery and don't have resisters in series with them.

The battery for the shoe is in the sole. You will have some work ahead getting to it.

RPF member @airair is doing EL kits.

A few have moved the button to the top of the cuff like the 2011 (and now 2015) MAGs. The button that comes with the shoes is a momentary switch, not and on off switch so if using it as an on/off switch, it needs to have pressure applied. .

So, if I wear a size 9 in high top Converse, but an 11 in normal Nike running shoes, which size of the Mags listed in my 3rd link should I select? Assuming they're V2 Mags.
Also, the momentary switch on the shoes when you first get them doesn't just plainly turn them on? You have to hold it down? What's a good switch I can use to replace the momentary one? I saw on the "Shopping List" thread, somebody listed a "Torch Switch". I'm assuming they mean flashlight switch. However, I can't find any good switches like that anywhere!

The momentary switch is just spring loaded contacts in a normally open configuration. It works to send a pulse of current to the electronics in the sole. On its own it needs to be pressed continously to pass current.

Can anyone recommend a trustworthy seller?And are there any "complete" models with lit-up Nike logo and all the logos.Or is modding required?

Unless someone is prepared to sell their fully modified shoe, you have to do some DIY and mod the replicas you get.

There are various options for DIY kits available in the junkyard. For all versions, swooshes, branding kit, straps, etc
 
Thanks!Is there any recommended seller who sells the base for modding?I was looking at amazon and aliexpress and they seemed pretty much the same, but I figured they probably have some differences.

ok. i just ordered another pair. so this is my second and LAST try with aliexpress. if i get a sport pair again i'm going to explode.
