I still havent jumped the gun for these V2s, I really want the Nike logo EL but am afraid to screw up the shoes... maybe wait for the V3 or if someone is going to make a NIKE EL strap with separate battery I'd definitely buy one! I'm not so good with electronics, I'd probably short the lights.

I paid the extra and got them quite quickly, they send by DHL and there was no problems what so ever - they arrived, the box was slightly bashed (which is normal) and the shoes were absolutely beautiful, if like me, you have been waiting since 1989 - you will love them :love

When these are glued down, hopefully I will be able to get the same squashed look as the "hero" shoe from the film. It is my goal anyway

Not good to hear AlexBC. I look back and consider I was lucky they gave me a refund because my bank was unable to help in this instance due to a lack of information from the other party. And my amount was small, like $112. So I really feel for you. If you don't mind me asking, what was your loss on this? PM if you don't want to post it here.

Would love to see what the V3s will look like. Not quite sold on the V2s.

I'm quite up to buy a v2, but i'm just scared it's because there won't be any v3, but i would be really pissed to buy a v2 and then realise there will be the v3...
It's going to be at least 6-8 months before we see a new version.

Emma I recommend to go ahead and get these now. I was waiting for v3.. but I could also be hit by a bus tomorrow. Live for today. I am dubious we will see a "major" upgrade on a V3 - if any.

You guys were right from the beginning. Shoesbagonline now says that the 2nd batch will have the same quality as the first batch.
I am currently arguing with them about the refund, they say that they cannot give me a refund because they haven`t received my paypal payment although my order status and paypal account clearly show that my payment went through.
Stay away from shoesbagonline and use the trusted sellers on aliexpress.

Brad, do you know the exact LEDs used on the V2s? I remember you posting pics of the V2 circuit vs yours but can't find the pics. I have an LED out and want to repair it.
