So it looks like I'm hurting guys, melis from chinashopsell emailed me that she can't send the shoes. I decided to wait when the pre-order got put on hold. Now she says her pay-pal is frozen so she can't refund and that I must choose other items, I can not put my $128 toward mags tho, for mags I must pay $199 by western union. Ouch

Same thing happened to me. Ordered a pair of v1 they sent email saying its been shipped, 2 days later an email saying out of stock please select other item so I emailed asking about another pair before I ordered and they replied saying yea their in stock.
Ordered them and suprise suprise they emailed saying they are also out of stock.
I was starting to think I was "being done" but I noticed they were actually removing the items from their page.
Eventually managed to get the black pair.
Soooo annoying though. They refused to refund me at first then said it would take 40 days

I emailed her 3 times saying that same thing, "I'll send $71 and be done with it" and each time she replied "to buy mags you must send $199 by western union, you can use your credit toward another product." I even quoted her saying if I can use it for another product, let me use it toward a different set of mags haha. In the end she's got me tho, it's been like 90 days so Paypal isn't getting involved, and my CC company won't either because my paypal account is set up through my bank, so visa is saying they're not involved either since the card didn't get charged. Maybe I buy a few pairs of lebron and sell em on eBay as real like a real jerk haha. Jk. Looks like I gotta bite the bullet and buy elsewhere.
I think it would be wise to wait until the end of the month, as the second batch are due this month.
I wouldn't trust it with Western Union as it's untraceable and no way to get your money back if anything goes wrong, like if it gets seized by customs, do you think she'd send you another one if anything went wrong? Especially if she didn't have to? She doesn't have to send you anything if you pay by western union and there'd be nothing you could do about it.

If she wants payment from you through western union, she could very well send you your refund through western union. Not use the frozen paypal as an excuse. I know, I know, it's futile. But these are my thoughts.
