hey guys, i wouldn't worry too much about customs
its pot luck sometimes. if customs seizes your parcel, just forget about it and get your parcel resent.
it happened to me last year in december, i had 2 packages via fedex seized, then 1 package via EMS parcelforce seized.
but after that, ive had 2 packages via EMS come through no problem.
Although im not sure what will happen when i complete my multiple Nike mag order!:confused parcelforce are pain in the backsides.
most of the time you should be ok.

All: I may eventually get a pair, not sure if i trust "sending" my money to China. From reading this thread and the aliexpress website I seem to understand Karin (or others) don't get paid until the customer has their sneakers.
Which shipping company did you choose? I had never heard of EMS before and right now would not trust it just because they offer free shipping.

I believe EMS is only responsible for the package until it exits the country of origin, the it's up to your local postal service to carry it. Mine was sent via EMS free shipping. It's only been about 5-6 days and I should have them in the next 2-3 days. That's fast!

Alright, thanks for answering my questions. With EMS and now USPS you always had a tracking number? Just wanting to understand the buying process more before I ever proceed.
I may eventually buy a pair, before that their are financial responsibilities, travel plans in the works, and maybe new "gadgets" I want to buy.
LOL! I thought the same exact thing...
Exactly. The tracking switches to USPS once they enter the US. It even tells you when they have "passed customs". So far EMS is a great service.

Now, thats fast. Also ordered from Karin Chen, mine arrived in NJ in 6 days. Ordered on 12/25, wore them on New Years eve !
What do you mean? Compared to the real NIKE released MAG's or the original movie prop MAG's?

Quick question slightly off topic: I was debating getting some replica 'It's About Time' Mag advert t-shirts printed up from my original (excuse the cr*p photo, only one on my phone at 4am, will post a proper one later on but I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about).
