So it turns out once my battery had died in my left shoe it will no longer charge. The right shoe is fine. Any ideas guys? Ive tried wiggling it about, swapping the leads over and checking its inserted correctly but no joy! :cry I've emailed the aftersales address.

No only the right shoe does, maybe the charge port is not connected properly?

Sounds like what happened when my port went out, I posted about it a while back. I still have have some ports so if you need PM me. Its a pretty easy fix.

Did the EL panels get brighter after you did the work on them or is that just the video?
He mentioned they look brighter now. It helps them a lot. Sends more power to the panels with how I wire. spider2465

OK these rocked up about 4 hours ago. I have not really had a chance to study them yet, but will as soon as my phone is charged.
Not sure if this is standard packing, but this double box has really protected the main box. I had asked for a box with no tears on the flap. They didn't seem to understand what I was asking for, but this box is a keeper.
Notice anything missing?
I was concerned I might not get the booklet of the plate, but the one thing I didn't think they would miss is the charger.
At least all my lights work
The only thing I am not 100% happy with is this ding in the back of the buckle. It is not that bad but I didn't see it in my QC photo at the time, yet looking again, both the dent and pen mark are there.
Over all I am very happy with what has been sent. These are exceptional. The soles are not as clear as they appeared in the QC shots but they still look amazing. They do have a slight yellow colour to them and you can see that on the shot above. They are nice though.
Anyone with a doubt about buying these, let me say you will love these. I just wish these had been released earlier. 27 years is a bloody long time to wait for a grail prop.

I shot my video. I think I may have to redo it as it over 15min and I think YouTube has a limit for the length.

Not yet. I will tomorrow when I can reach David on SKYPE. I am actually concerned about the sizing here. No size tags inside the shoes and they are quite a bit smaller than my V2s. In fact they are the SAME size as my US8 V2s.
