Hello to all, My name is Dave. I have been a lurking member for some time now but am looking to become more active now that I have dedicating more time to prop making. I am interested in all areas of prop making but am currently working on a Star War Deathwatch helmet(comic version) sculpt Game of Thrones. I look forward to getting to know the community more as I grow in the craft.

hey everyone, i came here because i'm very into harry potter stuff, found a person on youtube that talked about this site being a good place to find nice paper props and stuff like that so it's quite interesting being here and look through the hard and good work

Hi! My name is Aaron and like you all I love the scifi genre though I dont lock myself into it exclusively. I collect original and replica movie props, have made a couple of Sonic screwdrivers, and am always looking for something exciting! I am a Houston area Master electrician, I love Doctor who including the old ones and yes even the seventh doctor, and I also enjoy all the big series movies Star wars, Indiana Jones, Lord of the Rings, Matrix, on and on.

Looking forward to being part of the group here. It seems a lot of great people use this site.

LOL'd when I read this. My mom and sis are HUGE fans of Harry Potter, and as soon as I start making stuff, I anticipate a flood of requests.

Hey everyone, Chris from Vegas. I am glad I stumbled onto this site. It's great, wish I would of found it a long time ago. I love anything with Predator, 5th Element, Terminator, and of course anything with zombies.

Hey all. I'm Erinn from Seattle. I'm a HUGE Babydoll fan so naturally the universe saw fit to bring me to this fan heaven. I'm very girly in my approach to cos play so the cutesy the better :). I love doing like BA girls from different genres. I've done an Emma Frost so far. Babydoll will be my second. After this I'm thinking maybe like a Raven from Teen Titans? With this place, it'll be easy to find a solution. But hard to pick the question :).

hello! William is my name and props are my game. speaking of which i'm an avid gamer and a huge movie buff. some of the props i would like to do fall within my favorite movies and games. such as the resistance franchise on the PS3, halo, star wars, and heavenly sword to name a few.

hello, Rodney here. I've been a Star Wars collector since seeing it at the pictures back in 1977 but recently decided to focus collecton only items relating to Han Solo's iconic ship the MillenniuM Falcon.

A big SF fan in general i also enjoy Babylon 5, Farscape, Star Trek and Battlestar Galactica among others.

Hello RPF'ers,

I've been lurking round here for a long time and finally joined last year. And now almost a year later I figured I'd introduce myself.

I am originally from Da Bronx, NY but after 40 years there family picked up and moved out to the mid-west (due to my wife's job making an offer we could not refuse)! So now I'm in Kansas with room and a garage to start my building career.

After starting on some builds (Ironman & Cap shield) I must give a big shout out to everyone here for there help and willingness to share there knowledge! Looking forward to getting to know everyone this is a great community.

I am a multi-media artist and a general techy do it all for a theater company. I design and build everything from costumes, sets, props, make-up, hair, sound, and lighting. I've joined here after a few days of lurking in order to learn from others and get some ideas, as well as join in on some nerdy fun.

Hi all.

I joined back in May, but didn't start lurking around here until a week or so ago.

I'm looking to make a fallout type costume for next halloween. I'm not looking for an exact replica. The gun will be a painted Nerf gun with added lighting effects. I have a duster, gas mask,COG tags and a PIP-Boy cast on the way as well. This all started from the purchase of the gas mask at a club that was being DJ'd by a couple of friends.

Hey everyone my names Joseph, my username is a nickname of mine based on my last name. I've been lurking for about a year now just admiring everyone's collections and projects. I felt it was about time I join as I'm starting to focus more attention on making and obtaining my own props. I currently just own 2 props from my favorite movie ( BTTF ) and a 1:15 delorean which I plan to mod after seeing someone here currently modding his. The next prop I plan to obtain is a resin cast of mals revolver from firefly.
