Hi there !
My name's Ian, I've been a prototype car technician for twenty years but my passion's always been model building (in particular Starwars). I've recently acquired a 1:1 ESB Yoda puppet kit. I'm currently trying to get info on its origin from the seller. From what I can see it seems to be the same (or very similar) to Gino's mind bending Yoda. I feel privileged to be amongst so much talent, and can't wait to share photos of the build process. Please feel free to offer any tips or criticism.

HIII!!!! My name is Dylan.. im a 15 year old with the hopes of building th Iron man mark six...
I think im like the only mexican in this forum, well any ways i used to live in USA... Atlanta, Georgia. Unluckely since my dad is pure mexican he didnt have that much oppurtunities to work so he decided that we would better off in Mexico. I believe that i am US citizen living in Mexico.
That is why i know how to speak English and Spanish..... just about a few months ago i got interested with the iron man costume...the reason why??? last halloween i saw this one dude whearing an iron man costume.... i saw it..examined it and simply thought that it was crap.... so i decided to search for info on how to build iron man costumes......That is when i came across, the not and only, THE HERO TUTORIALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was excited and happy... and now im almost finished with the iron man mark 6......
thank you STEALTH and the other Moddelers for creating such things..
PS: I REAlly hope i could live in US again where i was actually born

Still trying to figure out how this site works but I'm sure I'll get there.
Anywayz I'm Amelia! Just turned 15 and I'm into making props from movies & games. Right now I'm busy with a piar of Portal 2 long fall boots! I saw a lot of self made portal boots and was not impressed by how they had been crafted, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and do some boot making of my own.

Hey everyone, I'm Luke. I'm 19, from Manchester England currently doing a degree in graphic design. I love props, would love to make them professionally (as I'm sure many people on here would given the opportunity).
I like to work in wood (when I have the space), foam board, card, pepakura (though I own 2 macs making this difficult aha) and basically anything I can get my hands on cheaply as I don't have a whole lot of cash being a student, I won't let that hinder my love of props though.
LOTR is my favourite film series, Fallout New Vegas is my favourite game, Halo my favourite game series. I'm a total pacifist but I love all weapons for their looks and engineering, especially guns.
I thought I'd put a few photos here of some projects and replicas I own to introduce myself properly to all you guys. I see so much talent on here and some fantastic collections and I hope to one day have the space/time/money to be able to build my own up like some of yours

There's a 1866 Winchester (yellowboy rifle) with a colt .45 seconds (mixmatched colours) which I bought
There's a Plaguedoctor outfit of which I made the mask out of old junk and clay.
There's a Halo Magnum which I'm currently working on.
Then theres elendil's helmet, a generic greek helmet and an easterling helmet all steel. Found the easterling helmet a few years back and payed about £80 for it. Its not an official replica and I have never since seen another one exactly the same as this. Except when I happened to look on ebay the other day and found one exactly the same so I bought it for £33 so now i have a pair of them

Greetings all.

I'm Cobrafett and have just joined the ranks here at RPF. I have been doing Cosplay projects for a few years now from small town WI, mostly for cons. Howsoon ever my work has not been anywhere near the caliper of some of the work I see here. Most recently I've worked on a hooded Cobra Commander and Harvey Birdman. (Yes I said Harvey Birdman).

I hope to take my skills to the next level by working with you fine folks. Especially working with vac forming and Pep files. I'll be posting soon and hopfully often. I look forward to getting to know you all better.

I found this site when I was looking for a Indiana Jones Idol. I have since trolled around and found the awesome talent and appreciation the members have for cinema and the talent that goes into making them happen.

hi all
my name is jay and i live in kent, uk with wife and three boys.
im a mechanical engineer by trade for the last 25 years and have always liked to tinker with projects, mainly ww2 airsoft weapons but fancy making something different. i stumbled across this sight looking for info to build something i have been thinking about for years, an UA-571c sentry gun from aliens, so will be bugging you all with plenty of questions.
