My name is Bryan. I'm a University student in Alberta. I'm just getting into the prop scene (read I have no money, so I can't work on many). However, I've been working on a Ghostbuster costume (which looks pretty good so far).

Prop interests are Ghostbusters (Proton pack, PKE, some small costume remakes), Star Wars, Sliders (I want to make each timer), and Get Smart (mainly the Shoe Phone). I'm also curious about Predator and some steampunking.

I started into props years ago when I saw BigYellowBox, although I have yet to build a lightsaber. My first actual prop endeavor was the Calgary Comic & Entertainment Expo,which I now work with.

I'll show off some GB pictures when I get a chance.

Hi everyone! I'm from the UK and have just come back into the hobby after a break. I used to be an RPF member way back when but forgot all my details etc! I collect Star Wars and Star Trek props mainly, mostly replicas but I do have a screen used Judge Hunter helmet from Judge Dredd and the Helm control lever from the Protector in Galaxy Quest. I'm currently working on tidying up my collection and finishing off the many half finished projects languishing in boxes and jiffy bags around the house! It's good to be back!

Another new member here. 26, from Iowa. Been lurking here for a while, got into costuming and prop building over at the 405th making Halo stuff. Now that I'm hooked, I'm starting to look at all the other interesting costumes and props there are for me to make.

Hello gang, been waiting for open registration for awhile. I am a TK and a TB in the 501st and i like to dabble in props. I make some cool foam nerf like Thermal Detonators and a few other things. I am currently working a few cool things and will keep you all up to date on them.

Hello from Ohio. Been trying to get in here for a long while now. I finally made it.

My name is Troy. Some folks may know me from TDH. I'm a 31 year old, happily married, proud papa, sci-fi addict. Right now I'm a Medical Lab Technician but I just secured an apprenticeship to become a Mortician/Funeral Director.

I build models (Mostly cars, but also other stuff if it strikes me as interesting) as I find the time, as well as props and costumes. Wood working and sewing are also a couple of my hobbies as well. I like most any sci-fi, but I mainly focus on SW. Stargate is probably my #2 on the top list. I started making props a few years ago, and have a Boba Fett costume, a fair amount of which I scratch built, that hopefully I'll be able to start upgrading soon. Hello everyone. My name is Mike and I go by Raccoon online. I am a member of both the 501st (TB/DZ 3911, Everglades Squad in Florida Garrison) and the Wolf Pack Elite. I started in costuming about 4 years back with Resident Evil (hence the name Raccoon, as in Raccoon City, not the animal lol). I am 25 and live in South Florida currently. I have missed like the last four registrations for the RPF by only a day or two, so I am glad I finally made it in. I look forward to discussing things here with everyone.

Hi all, I'm Gordon, from Melbourne, Australia. Reading through the other "New member" posts, i've come to the conclusion that i'm the newest of the noobs! I haven't really got a collection of anything at the moment!
I'm really into Star Wars, Battlestar Galactica (new series), Batman, Comics in general, but don't have any prop reps etc as yet!. Closest i have at this stage are a few statues/12 inch figures from Star Wars etc. Very interested in getting started in collecting some smaller (read: cheaper) items, as i've just started paying a mortgage!

Here to be awed by all your skills, like i was as a lurker, and hopefully get in on buying some items from members when they're made!

Hello, I'm Matt from Ohio. Glad to have an ID on the forum, I've been reading for some time now.

I come from the designer vinyl toy side of things, but started making random props for my personal collection. In the middle of a astromech build, have build some lightsabers among other things.

Hello, My name is Matt... I am from Ohio. I have been a member of many of the other costuming and prop forumns for some time under the name onefastbird95. That user name comes from my number one hobby which is my Supercharged 95 firebird formula. When I am not working on my car I alove to be a nerd. I have grown up collecting GI Joe, Star Wars, He-Man, Batman, etc... and now that I am a bit older I can afford to purchase and make some of the props I loved as a kid.
