Hello to everyone. My name is Ralf and I'm new on the RPF. I'm making props and models for quite a while and want to show some of my works.

Please tell me what you think. If you're interested I'll post some wip pictures.

My most time I spent on the DL-44 and E-11 blasters but there are some more things I liked and like to do.

All my props are build by myself and most of them completely in metal. Some of the metal parts are surplus parts by very talented people around the prop community, but most of them are also made by myself. If possible, I try to find original used parts, but that's sometimes very tricky.

Thanks. I'm pleased you like it.

I use different base weapons. For my E-11 builds I use deactivated real Sterling MPs, my DL-44 are based on the Denix replica. and of course I use also airsoft guns. The DLT-12 and the A180 are based on these.

Here are my E-11 blasters

This is great. I love the wall of blasters.
The detention centre camera is a particular favourite of mine.
Very nice.

Thank you very much.

The bad motivator was a fun idea, but it turned out quite well, i think. It even has a little action feature ;-), it‘s able to smoke. I‘m sorry, but a video upload from my Ipad doesn‘t work.

I would be happy to have original signal lamps for my detention center camera, these are selfmade from aluminium, plexiglass and a small acrylic sphere.

And here‘s my latest DL-44 build. I made it for a friend of mine. I used a DEC steel kit and a MGC Mauser. The holster‘s by Todd‘s Costumes, I did some weathering on it and made the pocket greeblies. The droid caller is also the kit by DEC.

Welcome to the club! This place is great, very helpful and friendly.

With your skills you’ll fit right in!

Now we have to teach you the secret hand shake! ;)

Here‘s the ANH build.

It‘s based on a deactivated Sterling SMG. I was able to grab an original Hengstler-Box and an original M38 scope. The capacitor tubes on the mag housing, the rail and the T-tracks are made by myself. I know, to be really screen accurate, the tracks have to be plastic ones, but I like to make as much parts as possible from metal. And if this would be a real blaster, cooling fins from plastic would not be really useful ;-)

Here some pics

Next is the ESB version of the E-11. I based my build on the Pugman-Stuntblaster and replicated all the greeblies in aluminium. I also had to do a new receiver block, but of course it‘s still movable. I shortened the muzzle and the end cap. The M19 scope is an excellent replica by Dark Energy Creations.
