Movie Deadpool costume!!

Kaufman Bisou stretch pique red is no longer in stock. I fear it may never be. We must continue the quest for the best fabric. I did however find this and I do believe it's a 4 way stretch. Thoughts?

Well, my resources are slim to none here in Turkey. I can't even manage to find fiberglass at hardware or DIY stores! So I'm basically limited to what I can find online.

And when you say "some" are you referring to the Kaufman Bisou or another more accurate cloth?

I'll see what I can get. I called Kaufman and they said they have 600yds in stock, but they don't sell to the public.

Try going on their site, they have a link to their distributors that should be able to order it.

Yeah, they're all dead ends from what I saw earlier today. A lot of the pages link to, what appear to be, hobby pages. Unless those people can order it? But none of the sites show Kaufman Bisou pique red, or just plain don't have order forms. And since I'm on a military base overseas, it's difficult to get people who aren't familiar with shipping to APO addresses to do so (even though it's a US domestic mailing address).

Edit: My mistake, there's 65 pages of distributors! I don't know how I missed that!

That stuff you posted ichi is only 2% lycra, That means it has little to no stretch. Just a heads up. Do not get that.

So, now that the teaser and trailer have been released, does anybody have an idea as to how the actual (non-CG) eyes were made? You can see them pretty well in the teaser and can tell when it's CG in the trailer. They appear to be a rounded, high quality material.

I'm guessing the non-CG eyes are similar to one way mirrors? Or maybe a very fine type of mesh

Here's something I found. The front of the belt attaches to the buckle with leather. And there's also a border on the edge of the belt. But notice on his back, the belt does not have the holes or border. Maybe it's just the stunt belt, or maybe the belt was custom made and isn't your standard military issued web belt.

Yea I noticed that as well. I'm guessing its a leather trim they added to it. I haven't been able to find one exactly like it. I'm considering just getting stock fabric, an arbor press with riveting set up and making it from scratch to get that look.

hi guys just a suggestion on the eyes

i saw a video from dali diy on youtube and he(she/cant figure out if it is a guy or a girl) used white pantyhouse/stockings for the eyes. yes it will be "strange" for a guy to get a hold of this stuff but hey...if it works it works. the "eye" shape was cut from a curved piece of plastic. like a soda bottle.

I had to buy a baby bottle for a costume. I cut off the tip of the rubber nipple and jammed it up my nostril to appear I had a broken nose. This was for my Punisher War Zone.

Or trying to find large pink fuzzy slippers for my Deadpool. Don't ask.
