I re watched the episode and there are mechanical noises-almost ironman suit like-whenever Gideon walks and moves in the battle scene. Are they insinuating it’s more than just armor?
They are indeed.
Very confusing , I am seeing armor but hearings a suit.

Yeah, the suit as presented doesn’t make much sense, especially if they’re trying to suggest it’s some sort of powerarmor. I did have someone ask me if Gideon had some cyborg aspects to him. They thought it seems odd he always wears a cuirass even in non-combat environments. I thought it was silly too but I hadn’t considered that perhaps it is hiding something.
I also agree that it seems pretty on the nose that the Armorer is a spy. If she is, just about everyone has figured it out by now. However, I did hear a theory that adds an interesting wrinkle to the idea. Perhaps she is a spy for Thrawn and not Gideon?

I think that the Armorer might be a red herring as well. While she does seem a bit suspicious, that's largely, in my mind, because of reading the posts here. I'm not entirely sure that I'd find her quite so suspicious if I hadn't read the theories about her being the spy here.

I, personally, chalk up Gideon always wearing a cuirass to it being part of his uniform as well as a bit of an affectation. As anyone who has ever been in the military knows, we don't wear just one type of uniform, while people would wear their cammies most of the time, there are occasions when we do wear other uniforms. But in most sci-fi shows, people tend to wear just 1 or 2 different types of uniforms all of the time, regardless of the situation. That's what I think we're seeing here, it's the 1 costume for Star Wars trope, all throughout ANH our heroes never change outfits, even after escaping the trash compactor aboard the Death Star, not even Han, who presumably has spare clothes aboard the Falcon, changed, that's unless his entire wardrobe consists solely of multiples of the same clothes that we first see him in. Then in Empire, everybody only seems to only have 2 outfits, what they wore on Hoth, and after they leave Hoth. Changes of wardrobe is not a big thing in Star Wars.

Well to me it would be akin to General Veers wearing his "combat armor" all the time, as seen onboard his AT-AT, though obviously he didn't. My assumption had been Gideon is just incredibly vain and egotistical, thinking he looks cool trotting around in armor but I hadn't considered the notion that maybe there could be more to it than that (though I doubt it).

People have been saying the Armorer might have some connection to Darth Maul because of the horns on her helmet. In Clone Wars (or Rebels) when Maul tried to take over Mandalore (I think? Can't remember what happened) there was a Mando who had metal horns on his helmet as well.
BTW, I think Bo Katan ordered Axe Woves to go get help, I don't remember him just running off. He does seem shifty because he has that British accent. As an American who has watched a lot of movies I know that usually if it's not a WW2 or James Bond movie, the British guy is the bad guy!

People are really stirring up the rumor that someone “must die” in the finale. Maybe Grogu will give his life to save Din…Or they kill off Din to pave the way for a Bo Katan centric fourth season. At this point, I don’t feel emotionally invested enough to mind who dies or what happens.
Maybe they use the bran scrambler ray on Grogu and Lizzo saves him at the last second by not killing what they love, but saving what they don’t hate, or whatever Rose says.

I think Grogu is safest of all though I think Din’s death isn’t totally off the table. I had heard a theory that maybe he gets his brain fried so he’s amnesiac/crazy/evil/etc so we “lose” him but he’s not technically dead. Maybe similiar to the Temple of Doom angle with Indy? Maybe Grogu sets out to save him with his healing abilities or something? I dunno.

I think the big theory is the Armorer is Rook Kast from the Clone Wars series
I know nothing about the character so I can't really follow what it would mean if she is, or even if being Rook Kast means she is working with Gideon or against him, but for what it is worth...
