Question Making and selling question (answered & locked)

Hey guys...big fan of the site. I usually just lurk and don't really have much to contribute. However I did have a question. Sorry I'm sure this has been asked many times over the years, but my searching abilities in these forums need some improving.

How can people make and then sell some of these star wars helmets, props etc. without infringing copyright etc.?

You cant. But some franchises allow small batches to exist without shutting them down. It's free advertising for the Licensee's and keeps the brand in the public eye. Disney has historically been rabid about protecting their brands. It will be interesting how they handle Star Wars Garage kits in the future.

Now if you had tooling done in China and imported thousands of Boba Fett Helmets.....expect a nasty-gram in the mail.
