ya we are breaking the printed/sanded model down into castable parts and making sure everything is just right before we mold.

Sounds great, ooooohhh sorry if I come across as impatient, but I'm REALLY looking forward to getting this! Also... upcoming cosplay party and con early next month so crossing my fingers I can get it a bit before then. But I know, great stuff takes time.

Ok, so I think my buddy is going to try and start molding some tonight. We agreed that due to the odd shape of the jaw pieces with the hinges attached, we should probably just be 3D printing those and doing any work necessary as far as any clean up goes for the Jaw pieces - this alternative will give the best looking and strength possible for this piece, otherwise we were going to have to split up the jaw into several parts and require you to glue them together - so instead of that, we will probably be providing the jaw pieces as whole 3d printed parts for strength.
