Santiclause has been very forthcoming in replying to my emails, but I think it's time for an official update here on how things are proceeding with the mask and when we can expect them to ship.

Nothing? Dudes, you really need to update us... making people worry about if this is going somewhere is probably not the best strategy :/ I know there are casting issues but a small update would put us much more at ease. Thanks.

Hello, sorry about the non responses and things...I've had a really really bad month, going through a separation being their for my children and things. We are still working on the mask, and the current plan for the backstrap is to put some sculpty on it to thicken it up just a bit before molding it, or print a new thicker back-strap and make a mold of that one. This is a very difficult piece to mold and cast because of the holes and shapes and thinness, but we will get it done!

Yea, I'm working on getting my guy to ship me the mask parts so I can mold them, he said he was having complications, so I'm going to try and mold them.

Thank you, it's been really SH(*(*&y these past few months and yesterday a friend of mine died and left behind 3 children. The Universe is hitting me hard for some reason and I'm trying to keep it together and turn all of this into positive energy somehow. Thanks again for all the patience!! This mask is my top priority to get out.

How would everyone feel about a 3d printed painted mask instead of a casted version. I'm estimating 2 weeks to try and alter the 3d model so that it can be put together as a 3d print and not have to be molded or casted. My partner has the master print and the molding/casting materials for this mask, but he said he was running into problems when trying to mold, so I asked him to send me the master printed pieces, so I could try, but he hasn't yet. so instead of waiting more, I could try and focus the time on altering the 3d model so that it is easier to put together as 3d printed pieces...I would still be doing all the clean up work and painting before sending them out, but this seems like it could be an option if you guys are ok with it.
