That was just the prototype, everything will be done in aluminum and copper.

Thinking of changing the neck and emitter to 4 piece, this will allow to hide the set screw on the emitter.

yes its for the blade retention, basically you will put the blade in, tighten the set screw and them screw on the emitter ring.

Hmmm, to be honest .... i give a damn on any possible electronics.
And every step that involves more programming and machining drives the price up, for something which i will never making use off.
Or maybe you will offer a massive version additional? Way cheaper due to less work.

I thought the big visible hole on the emitter side was for a set screw for the blade. Why was the copper piece switching to 2 pieces? I like it, makes it easier to just cut off the threads and add a rod for the spinning emitter, the split point would work better at the start of the channel instead of the middle, hide the seam in a corner instead of have it sit in the middle of the channel.
