I do recall seeing that somewhere on the web. Very cute idea and fun idea for the kiddos.

I can’t remember lol. It’s easily as old as “TROOPS”, so 15+ years old now. I looked on YouTube and all it showed were Predator mash ups.

This was a fan film though. It was a squad of biker scouts, IIRC. Maybe a regular TK too. It did borrow some of the Predator heat vision scenes but I think there were also some of their own. May have just been a trailer. I’ll keep looking.

I've always wondered what 271 was. Han says "Chewie, set 271" before flying into the asteroid field. Leia instantly reacts as if 271 is some crazy maneuver. Does it mean "Fly into an asteroid field, fly into something extremely dangerous, take a left turn" or what?

Good question. I always thought it was a heading or some such thing.

I always thought that number meant power. Like running the engines at 271% or something like that

Yeah I always assumed they were coordinates to help them navigate through the asteroid field or possibly to increase the power of their shields in case they got grazed by one of them.

What piece of SW merch/memorabilia have you had the longest?

I have my original SW sheet and pillow case from 77 or 78 (I don't remember when I got them), ROTJ sheets and my original Boba Fett (all of them are on loan to my daughter)

I still have some of my stuff from 1977 to 1979.

Action Figures
Radio Controlled R2D2
Landspeeder
Star Wars Electronic Battle Command
But this is what I've had the longest.

Yep. When charting a ship's course, you go by absolute heading (North being 0°) or relative heading (where 0° is dead ahead). The latter is the quickest to relay as an order, such as when performing maneuvers. Based on a circle around the ship (360°), 271° is off to Port.
