Judge Dredd pants...Lycra?

I mean they are SNUG! So are they, lycra, spandex, neoprene? Also, is the tank top attatched more like a body suit? Finally, is it black or navy? The GF and I are trying to get a jump on this costume.

My jumpsuit is one-piece and blue. I don't know the exact material but it's stretchier than my jacket.

Personally, for a replica costume, I'd prefer to have something slightly less figure hugging.

The pants were a Brushed cotton/Lycra mix

the hero versions were unitards very much like the ones Wake has on

Perhaps the female and male versions were less defining wake as i note from your post you have the female unitard
