^^ Of everything there, I think I love the (closet?) door the most LOL :)(y)

I posted this earlier in the "What's on your workbench?" thread, but this is probably a better place for it:

I've been making some light-'em-up Infinity Stones based on Garage Art's excellent video tutorial. I know several other folks here have made similar ones, and have probably also done a far better job than I have LOL... but this is the first time I've ever messed with tinting clear resin, and I think they've come out pretty great so far. Certainly good enough for me! :) The yellow Mind stone is curing in its mold right now, and I'll be pouring the red Reality and orange Soul stones today.

Best Cap shields out there imo are the EFX and King Arts ones... unless you were lucky enough to get in on the RelicMaker one or sell your kidney for the Marvel Masterworks one lol.

I think we can all agree that Jordan's Ironic Armory makes the best Cap Helmets (minus the M1 variant).

And I too am on the hunt for a metal Mjolnir... Preferably King Arts.

Have to disagree
EFX is fiberglass and the Star is poorly machined- but it’s based of a stunt shield.
Hero shield is what we want.
And relic maker is a great shield but inaccurate Star unfortunately
King arts are great but it’s a cast metal/ resin and stamped brackets and the back rings are cast from a stunt shield and clearly hand sculpted.
Also inaccurate paint used.
But of the licensed ones... it’s up there

Mjolnir - king arts is the best I’ve seen.

What would you say is the best Cap Shield out there then?

I say EFX BECAUSE it's based on a stunt shield and has that history to why it is the way it is. I actually like that about this one because it's a good story.

Personally for me I'm after the licensed ones so that's why they are up there for me as there are no other licensed shields that come close to either EFX or KA.

Sure KA is cast, stamped and the paint job isn't 100% accurate but it still IS metal and looks great.

But again, I'm curious to know what you consider the definitive Cap Shield that is currently available.

There isn’t one (cept the masterworks of course but those scratches) in my opinion.
That why that other thread exists-
Trying to get one made.

No one has accurately recreated that prop with every detail right. (ESP in metal)
There’s abs versions that are close- but they have the paint wrong or the size wrong (touchy subject because a few stunt shields where 24” people believe that’s the right size...
depends how you measure them- 25” shields have a 24” diameter etc etc I personally disagree there and it changed in the middle of the saga when they went away from spin shields until they came back to them)

It’s damm moby dick!!

Well here is to hoping a better one is made bc I'll be first in line!
