That cap is huge, I estimated 1/2 Inch. About the slim panel, looks like a very good replacement!

The SHOUHAN switch you posted would be the same size, they are both for guitar effects pedals. But you are right, if the lense are 16mm then the red switch would be about 1/2 inch

Yeah, I saw it and jumped to a wrong conclusion. 1/2" should be the right size.

Yeah, I totally missed the first "holecase" appearance. Why? Don't know. Maybe didn't catch my attention, cause the situation was different. That "holocase" is black. Uses the same Multibag 1 case, but don't have datacard entry port. Otherwise, It is the same prop we have seen on S3, but with a light gray case. So, Imperial is black, Rebel is light gray, like the old days.

Today I will be working on the internal hooks/holder to keep the frames where they should be, as well the symmetry that will allow to close the case and match the projector cover with the projector head. If you know what I mean.

Geez! Just found this thread again, great job! I also realized that those cases must be more common than what we found since both the prop departments in the UK and the US used them on different productions.
Also, I have several of those 12v “puck“ LED lights in my garage, but not sure what size.
