Harry Potter free paper props - all movies and more!

Hinky...if you live here long enough, even your shadow starts to sweat...:lol

I've been there about 6 times...wonderful place to visit, especially Manhattan and upstate...have fun, and try to steal a few shots of Snape's costume (especially the side seams and splits--that's a contentious detail spot for us Snape costumers! :cool)

Just don't get caught! :thumbsup

Rob

I will do my best! :)

@bfd
I think I want to put this inside the back seat window of my car :)
It's fantastic! Great job!

@Hinky
Please have a TON of fun! I hope your luckier than I am and it's cool enough to wear robes and costumes!

When I was at Universal in Dec. their were adults and kids walking around in robes.
Looked really great!

Hogsmeade Station Timetable

Is anyone who downloaded the hires jpeg of this prop having trouble getting the numbers on either side of TIMETABLE AND FARES to print out red?

I just tried to print a couple of copies and the numbers keep coming out grey not red. Printed red yesterday...wtf???

I will have to figure out what is wrong and repost if there is a problem.

Thanks.

Hi bfd,
I finally got the file to open for me. I had tried a few times and it told me to try later. Today I got it to open but had a hard time transferring it to my computer and I lost the file that I was trying to transfer. Tried to do it again and it told me that I didn't have any tries left :cry
If there is anyway that you could share it again, I would be greatful.
Thanks so much :)

Hogsmeade Station Timetable

How embarrassing...looks like I'm out of red ink (forehead slap)!!

There is nothing wrong with the file. Print away.

@everyone, I went to a preview of the exhibit in NY today and picked up my copy of film wizardry, if there is ANYTHING you can think of that you would want a picture of I will be more than happy to look through the book for it, given you don't mind waiting about a week or so. I'm in my school musical and tomorrow is tech week so I will not have any time until a week from tomorrow (Sun) at the earliest. Also, I unfortunately could not get pictures because there were a lot of workers there and I SUCK at being discrete. However I can TRY to recall any details from things there. For instance, The standard book of spells is a bit darker than the one here and it is about 2.5-3 inches thick, A history of magic, about 1 inch. Harry's acceptance letter is actually typed in that stupid old typewriter font.
NEWS (not really): The wands from noble collection SUCK in comparison, they're hardly even close enough to be called "recreations" let alone replicas!

@lukeforester1: You can by the robes there in the park and wear them once you get them but if you go back in on a different day they will not let you in to the park. Also if I remember right they don't even sell the whole costume anyways, Just the robes and tie

I don't know what you're talking about :confused, I bought mine day one and wore them all day. Plus how would anyone know what day you bought your robeS? I came back the next day and wore them for a few hours before deciding it was too hot. You can wear whatever you want to wizarding world, so long as it isn't pornographic. Robes are actually most encouraged to wear because they add to the atmosphere for the wearer and people around them.
As for what they sell, yes, you are correct, robes, scarves, hats and ties. No sweaters (because no one could possible bear to wear that in florida).

@lukeforester1: they must have changed there rules now. Because when I had a friend down there a few months ago. He brought his robe and was told her would not wear it. do to the fact they don't what people mixing up how are staff members and though that are not.

Hey guys, just an update. I forgot my charger for my laptop so im pretty limited with using it.

@Norbert - I've been in costume has a Quidditch player all weekend. Most of the staff members arent in robes, they are just in "wizarding attire". Its super easy to tell who works here and who doesnt. The workers wear name tags ^_^

I'm having a hard time getting everything done, as every time I turn around at the park, someone is photographing me. Which I actually hate.

And for the record I'm glad I didnt decide to be a keeper. The quidditch pads im wearing on my forearms and legs are bad enough.

About to head back to the park and sit in dervish and banges for a while. I feel at home there

I guess your friend was a bit confused, they've always sold robes there. Either way, its very, very clear who works there and who doesn't. You should go down there ASAP, it's VERY fun!

@Lukeforester1: mugglecast and Leaky had both said people could not wear costumes in to the park. I guess a lot as changed

@lukeforester1: this is what I have hear from someone at Universal Orlando

"Full costume no. Its for security reasons. If you are just going to wear a robe that is sold in the park it is allowed. Universal does not allow full costume (makeup, wigs, and costumes) into the park because guests could be mistaken for cast members."

unless things have changed in less then a month, I just don't really know
