:lolRequests from Wizarding world of Harry Potter : ALL CANDYS!!!:lol:lol
If you can , it will be cool to have labels scanned to make our owns.
Any other props from WWHP will be cool. Thanks and have a nice magical trip!

Oh Hinky, I am soooo jealous. I really want to go to WWoHP. I have already checked with Trelawney and she doesn't see it in my future :(
If you can get any good pics of the Skele-gro bottle that would be great. I am especially interested in the neck and head. Besides that, you know, EVERYTHING!!! I have known a few people to go but to see pics from someone that is so interested in props to the extent that we are, I am sure that you will have a great eye for the details.
Can't wait to see what you bring back :)
Enjoy yourself!!!

Dang. I live only 140 miles from WWoHP, and haven't been there yet....:angry

As a matter of fact, I was down in Orlando twice last month....I saw Hogwarts from the Interstate, but that was it....:confused

Hinky, have a wonderful time! I wish I could go too! It's such a long trip from CA (especially with 2 kiddies), I don't see how I can for awhile. I can't wait to see pics!

Let me clarify for those that are sending me PM's asking me to pick them up any items. I'm not going to purchase things to mail to you, thats what ebay is for. I need all the room in my suitcase that I can get. All I packed was an outfit to sleep in, and my quidditch uniform. I don't plan on wearing anything else for the next 5 days. Yes.. my hotel has a washing machine. ^_^

I will take pics of skelegro bottles ^_^

and rob wth, if I lived in Florida I'd be here every weekend. How can you stand this weather? Anything above 70 is uncalled for

Hinky: Have Fun!!
I'm going to New York (From Belgium= long trip! :) ) And I've got tickets for Harry Potter the Exhibition! Can't wait!!
I know you it isn't allowed to take pictures over there, but still going to try it! :D
So if any of you have requests, feel free to post them! :D

I also have got a request for everyone of you, all brilliant replica makers!
I would love to replicate the Riddle Diary, but on the first page of it it has a sort of mark from the bookshop where it was bought.
Could anyone help me to find a good picture of it or to replicate it?

Thank you so much in advance! :D
In this link you can see the sign! ;)

Hinky...if you live here long enough, even your shadow starts to sweat...:lol

I'm going to New York (From Belgium= long trip! :))

I've been there about 6 times...wonderful place to visit, especially Manhattan and upstate...have fun, and try to steal a few shots of Snape's costume (especially the side seams and splits--that's a contentious detail spot for us Snape costumers! :cool)

Just don't get caught! :thumbsup

Hogsmeade Station Timetable

I'm trying to attach a 6.6mb zip file of the hires version of the timetable but it keeps failing. Anyone know why? RPF info says you can attach ZIP files up to 10mb in size.

@Hinky: Have a great time at WWOHP. Make sure to take time to see and do all the things YOU want to do.

Thanks Hinky!!! I am sure that you will get some great shots. Hope the weather is beautiful and not too hot. How weird will it be to be walking around a snow covered Hogsmeade and be sweating your brains out.

Bumping this from the grave just to say thanks, Hinkypunk!

I used the wolfsbane label on a little jar I found at Goodwill for $1.

wolfsbane02.jpg

I made this for a friend as a "I'm thinking of you, but not in a creepy gonna-turn-into-a-werewolf way." She's in love with the franchise and really likes Lupin, so this was a no brainer.

Not knowing my HP lore, I had no idea what color to make the potion, so I used a purple hue like the plant with the same name. I also mixed in this acrylic varnish that had glittery stuff in it. This gave the potion a little thickness and mixed in the glitter stuff, which I will call "silver pieces".

Just curious, as I am pretty clueless when it comes to HP, was the label used on screen?

@breen2057: I'm not sure of the exact size of the timetable but from the photos I used it appears to be at least 20" x 20" so that is the size I set it up for.

You can of course, print it any size smaller that you want.

I was actually thinking that because the timetable is so large, most of us will have to have it printed at somewhere like Staples or Office Depot so as an alternative, you could print it smaller and make it look like a hand size version that could be folded and carried around with you.
