Bigturc thanks and my next show is not til 2 months away so we have time

Here she is all grimed up. Used an onyx patina for metal brushed on in the recesses and then wiped away bits here and there.

Beautiful. Cannot wait to start our build. FYI will attempt to add lights into ours
Looks great Kevin, mine is assembled and grimed except for the resistor greeblies. I looked at the photos Zombcom uploaded of the screen used props and assumed these were the stunt pieces as the resistor greeblies were all molded and painted gold. I have been working off of what I assume is the hero prop image released by Marvel (below) which seems to show rows of actual resistors running along the arms so I have a bag of 1000 mixed resistors on their way to see what can be made of them.
I also have an idea to light it by by building a separate base for it to sit on which will house the electronics, batteries and blue (center) and white (outer) leds using fibre optics to light the outer panels through the molded holes in the bottom, so that the mine can just be lifted on and off of the base and this will require minimum changes to Bigturc's sculpt. I will post photos if this gets off the ground.

Anyone has an orb they could put on like the Marvel prop pic?
Also, I had to redo my leg clip mold .. I'm not kidding, I lost it .. God knows where!!! Couldn't find it and that's what's missing right now on the last cold cast sets. All molds are filled as we speak and in the pressure pot!!

What are the chances of getting the hinges made in clear thermoplastic with holes drilled out at the bottom for micro LEDs installation. I want to drill it out but worry i would fracture it. Something i have no experience with but may attempt if no other options are avail.

Do you mean, the chances I cast them myself? I'd have to buy whatever resin I need in kit form and resend hinges your way!
You'd still need to drill them though !
