Denuo Novo (only) New and existing products

Celebration sale was generally impossible last year since the last SWC was 2023.

You're right. I was thinking San Diego Comic Con sale. Not Celebration. OOPS!

There was one year they did a San Diego Comic Con sale, but I think that was the last time they attended.
 
I received a response from DN about the tariffs. It's about what I'd expect.

Thank you for your inquiry! This is a very good question as we are still in the works of seeing the impact as well. I was working with the Brand Manager as it relates to your inquiry, and he informed me that a message will be going out to all customers to advise the following as it relates to tariffs on Denuo Novo products.

Thanks for reaching out to Denuo Novo customer service. Our primary goal is customer satisfaction. Please be assured that all products that are in stock on the Denuo Novo website are not subject to the newly proposed tariffs. Since these items are in stock already, there will be no changes in price at this time. Pre-orders for products that launched prior to the new tariffs will also not increase in price. We will have further information to share about tariffs and how they may affect our products and prices in the future at a later date.

Where'd you see anything about a Celebration sale? It's getting close and I haven't seen anything yet.
I assume there will be based on the comments Mark Van Ohlen made in the below video around 12:30. He refers to marketing around Celebration and something happening on the website.

The bad thing about the sale is it disqualifies some of the items for the sale on their own. The Rebel Pilot helmets drop to $450 and don't qualify unless you add another $50 item.

I'm guessing the same and I'm afraid to click APPLY without knowing for sure in case it immediately deducts my points and then I have to go through a bunch of emails to try and get them back.

Unfortunately this is happening at a really bad time for me since we're going to Disney After Dark: Star Wars Nite next week and already planning to spend money there. If I knew I could apply $320 in reward points towards a discounted helmet right now it would be a no brainer, but even with the discount from the sale I'm still looking at over $500 if I can only apply $90 in rewards.
 
I ended up taking a shot at applying Reward points. It is DEFINITELY limited to $90 in rewards per order. What it does is applies a coupon code to the order at check out. If you have applied another coupon code it will mark it as invalid. If you want to get your points back you just click the "X" next to the coupon code it applied for your rewards and it will put it back to your account. Your reward points total is displayed at the top of the order on the checkout page and it changes as your apply or cancel any rewards.

Don't have rewards? Earlier I added a First Order Snowtrooper helmet to my cart. Left it. A few hours later I received a 10% off coupon in an email which discounted $58.50 from the total. This is almost 2/3 of a maximum reward and I didn't have to do anything for it. I still haven't placed an order and probably won't right now just because of my Disneyland trip and know I will be spending a lot there.
 
I don't think any of us were expecting the rewards program. I would prefer that all of the historical points didn't expire at the same time too, but it's better to have this unexpected discount than to not have it.
 
I think I'm going to hold off for now. I've got quite a few other commitments and I also want to see what reveals there are at CE.
DN does have a few helmets that tempt me but it's not like any of them are limited editions and there will be more discounts before the end of the year.

I agree 100%. I'm not griping at all. As I mentioned the other day, this was something I knew nothing about a few weeks ago and wasn't expecting. So to take an extra $90 off an order when I need to is a very nice bonus.

This is kind of where I'm at. The only two I'm really interested in are the First Order Snowtrooper and Gold Leader Rebel Pilot helmet (which doesn't even qualify for using rewards without adding something additional). Both have been available for a while, so they can wait a bit longer. There's always Black Friday and Christmas sales. There may be another one in there as well.

After seeing the possible price rises I decided to buy a Muddy Mando helmet BUT when I go to the check it out it said I had to spend £500GBP to use my points and not $500USD. I've taken screen grabs an emailed DN

Is your currency set to GBP? Hopefully they adjust the 500 requirement by currency. I was able to apply points to an order with USD.

Yes, I'm UK based. Site always shows GBP for me. I've tried different browsers but still the same. T&C's shows $500 USD but problem is at the checkout when it then says £500GBP. Hopefully it's a bug they can fix
 
Hi there. Has anyone had any experience getting a store credit for an old Anovos order that was never fulfilled? I followed the directions on their website and sent an email request to have an old unfulfilled Anovos order turned into store credit over a week ago and have not heard anything back. Are they still doing this?
