Denuo Novo (only) New and existing products

I just received this from Denuo Novo...

They automatically added points for existing purchases. I ended up with 1,492 points.

Looks like I am floating just slightly under Silver status.

I've spent over $850 but only have 206 points. Guess the automatically awarded points on previous purchases aren't $1 = 1pt like they are for new purchases.

I just checked my account and it's not accurate either. I sent an email inquiring why. They have me listed at about $1309.76 spent, they gave me 1492 points, to I don't get that at all. The problem is I have spent $3206.24, so I have less than half of the points that I should.

Mine doesn't look right either. I've ordered 7 helmets going back to October 2021 so would expect to be in Gold Tier yet it says I am in the Bronze Tier with 582 points! It looks like they have only given me points for my most recent order which was a Death Trooper Specialist last November.
I've emailed them and asked for clarification

Enoch does nothing for me. I hate the concept as it doesn't make sense to me. Thrawn's soldiers were holding their armor together with tape yet this guy had some custom sculpted helmet and different armor. I don't get it.
 
I received the same email about my Rewards Balance being updated. I sent them an email about it a few days ago. I don't know if my email prompted the balance update or they are doing that for all customers automatically.
 
I got that email and my balance is accurate. Have not received an email about it before, have not visited the site in a few months. So it seems they did it for everyone.
