I was working with the Brand Manager as it relates to your inquiry, and he informed me that a message will be going out to all customers to advise the following as it relates to tariffs on Denuo Novo products.
Thanks for reaching out to Denuo Novo customer service. Our primary goal is customer satisfaction. Please be assured that all products that are in stock on the Denuo Novo website are not subject to the newly proposed tariffs. Since these items are in stock already, there will be no changes in price at this time. Pre-orders for products that launched prior to the new tariffs will also not increase in price. We will have further information to share about tariffs and how they may affect our products and prices in the future at a later date.
