In fact, I thought I try that. But my wife said it will be cute if there are train or trams running through these arches. I think it's interesting. Retro futuristic train with an aluminum corrugated sheet on its car. It will be another challenge for me. I will try some test build.

I repaint the arches with silver-gray.

Today, I was thinking about the design of the tram.
As always, I was about to go too far but looks like the simple is the best. I guess the old-time Chicago or New York subway would be fit for the mood of this city.

And thanks to your cheerful support, I had my 66th birthday Yesterday. My daughter Yuki suddenly come to my place in the evening and celebrated my day with a cake. There happened many things in this one year. Good things and bad things. You all my good friends always cheer me up and I didn't feel any solitude whatever.

Today, I tried to make a corrugated panel with a thin aluminum sheet for a tram's fuselage.

Here's the result.

I dug some parallel grooves on an acrylic plate. One is 2 mm depth, 3 mm width and the other is 1.5 mm depth and 4 mm width. Each groove is spaced 3 mm to 4 mm.

I cut up a beer can.

Placed an aluminum sheet on the grooved plate and put the 2 mm steel plate and hummer it.

Also, I tried to use a 0.3 mm thick aluminum sheet.

Unlike my premonition, a thicker sheet was better.

Many modelers love to assemble, and many other modelers love the paint job. Some love making figures, and some love vehicles. All of them sharpen their skills as much as they can. And I love solving the problem. Just like solving a riddle. We will show sincere respect to the works of each other and all of these would grow up the model-building hobby. This is the real meaning of diversity. It surely makes our life rich and full filled. What a nice hobby!

Stunning architectural work. Love the chaotic angles and stripes just the way they are. Captures the eye and does not let it go. “Glamour” type photography also. What an enjoyment to the viewer to literally see your imagination in a model. I

I hope that when you go to bed that you sleep soundly, but I seriously doubt that.
