Great job casting the clear part!!! Did you find an original or something?

Thank you! No we made several attempts to 3d print it but printing in clear is the complete opposite of fun and successful, so we had Matthieu machine a cap and in the end we molded it and cast it in clear resin. There was still a little bit of clean up to do on those. We had to wet sand all of them until they were clear. The clear caps were honestly the most difficult piece to work on.

Once you get down to a high enough grit you can use a map torch and it will polish the end clear.
