Chuck - Season 4 (spoilers through current ep)

The original Sarah Conner is back :) Linda Hamilton is chuck's mom!

Chuck had a job interview at Vandalay Industries and the new bad guy is Nikolai Volkov. The writers seem to be kids of the 80's. Seinfeld nod and a nod to wrestling of the 80's. :)

Last night's ep was reference packed. Dolph also said "if you die, you die" or something to that effect, and Morgan and Chuck had the arm/hand shake from Predator ("are you flexing?").

I for one hope they get back to the cheesy references and the lighter tone of the show. Season 3 was way heavy in comparison to the first two.

That was awesome. Dolph Lundgren should get way more movies outside direct to dvd.

I loved Chuck trying to do interviews and he's telling the guy what happened in the previous ones that day. :lol

Awesome episode. Loved the addition of Linda Hamilton. She's perfect for the role! Kicked some a$$ too ;)

Great episode. Linda Hamilton rocked and so did Dolph Lundgren. Wish they hadn't killed off Dolph as I would have liked him to stick around.

Glad they didn't string out the Chuck being a secret spy and Sarah and Casey not knowing for too long. On the same token, I wish they had just let Chuck be honest with his sister.

Personally I with they had gotten Jason Alexander to do the Vandalay Industries interview. How cool would that have been?

This show typically doesn't drag out those kind of devices. In the upcoming previews, we actually saw Chuck telling Ellie he was looking for their mom, so the confession is coming. Also, did we see Dolph die? I know he got shot, but I thought Sarah Connor left him injured...

Great episode...Love that show.

Any word on whether any of the other nerd herd folks are going to be back this season? Have we seen the last of JEFFSTER?

I read somewhere that the majority of the original Buy More crew will be back soon. We definately need more Jeffster!

There was a chest shot, followed by injured Dolph saying "but I have a family" followed by Chuck's mom saying "I have a family too" and a headshot on Dolph so I'm assuming he is dead.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Stormtrooper helmet on this episode. I loved the part where Chuck says they found Casey's tracking beacon. "It's attached to a what? No! Don't shoot it!" :lol

This is such a great show. I can't believe it has struggled as much as it has.

This past episode though, when Morgan Grimes was giving his speech at
Caseys funeral, He called him JK. John Kasey) But itis spelt Casey with a
"C". Wonder if that was done by mistake or is Morgan just not that swift.

I'll boycot NBC if they ever pull this show off the air. It is the best thing
they have ever run. Great writting, stories and characters.

I can't wait until they all meet up with MOM. Going to be interesting.

So what happened with Chuck disarming the nuke last night? Did Chuck's Intersect have more info than the Gretas' Intersects have? Unless I missed it that part didn't really get explained. I was waiting for him to say "Well I saw that on a movie" or something like that. The only thing that made sense other than that was that the Greta's were acting purely militarily because they said "Get the bomb far enough away" whereas Chuck was thinking more clearly. I loved him telling the guy not to drop the bomb at the end of that scene! :lol

Wheras the Gretas just operate off the program directly, Chuck can interpret the information better and "think outside the box". Earlier episodes indicated that he was special in that regards and his father found that out when Chuck was young (the reset function).

That's why this new director gave Elle the computer - so they can have a second Bartowski based intersect to experiment with.
