also, a little pissed they opted to fulfil chronicle orders in the first wave rather than fulfil the pre-orders on their site that were purchased before the ones on chronicle, I told a local buddy about the lids but they were sold out on EFX at the time so he went to Chronicle and got his lid about a month ago, meanwhile I'm sat here like chopped liver wondering why I'm a second class customer when i opted to purchase directly

same boat here I ordered in 21st November and they've ignored all 4 messages/ requests for an update/address change requestHello guys,
I sent several new emails to mando@efxcollectibles.com and CustomerService@EFXCollectibles.com, asking for an update. I also used the form from the website without success.
But still not a single word/answer from EFX... They keep ignoring my messages since the end of may. I am beginning to doubt about getting that helmet one day...
Anybody know an other way to contact them ?
