Hello guys,

I sent several new emails to mando@efxcollectibles.com and CustomerService@EFXCollectibles.com, asking for an update. I also used the form from the website without success.

But still not a single word/answer from EFX... They keep ignoring my messages since the end of may. I am beginning to doubt about getting that helmet one day...:(

Anybody know an other way to contact them ?
Anybody still waiting for an invoice ?
Did you got any reply from them lately ?

same boat here I ordered in 21st November and they've ignored all 4 messages/ requests for an update/address change request

also, a little pissed they opted to fulfil chronicle orders in the first wave rather than fulfil the pre-orders on their site that were purchased before the ones on chronicle, I told a local buddy about the lids but they were sold out on EFX at the time so he went to Chronicle and got his lid about a month ago, meanwhile I'm sat here like chopped liver wondering why I'm a second class customer when i opted to purchase directly

Glad stuff got sorted for some of us then. I still have no news despite having paid everything in full 2 months ago... Starting to sweat and get pissed.
 
Can you put the helmet with the EFX stand in a Detholf?I didn´t installed the stand now.

If it's the same stand, with the same height, as the stand delivered with the EFX Scout Trooper, at least that's what it looks like. It does not fit, the stand is too high. I've just tested it, even without a helmet it is almost hanging on the next shelf or on the top lid.
 
Thanks for the tip TK4611, just got one. And filed an claimed against EFX on my credit card. If they can't be bothered to answer me or ship my helmet for which I paid shipping last June, I'm done playing. What a despicable company.
 
Here is an EFX repainted with Alumaluster for a client. One of three total that I’ll be doing.

Just pulled my helmet out if the case for dusting, and the cracks are getting worse. Has anyone had recent luck getting replacements?

I'm on my 3rd, I'll know tomorrow, that's when the replacement comes. Contact chronicles support if you're having issues.
 
not directly related the helmet but it appears my helmet is lost. It was actually supposed to be delivered yesterday but was shown delivered at my address at 12AM exact. Its been two days and fedex opened an investigation...what are the chances I'll see the helmet, what are the chances efx/chronicles will send me another replacement for that one, which will be 4 now?
 
FedEx sucks!!!
I had a camera lens being shipped to me, a few years ago. I was home watching the tracking, cause I don't trust them. I was on my front porch, & watched as the tracking switched from "out for delivery" to "no one home to sign for package". I was immediately on the phone (which is hair pullingly frustrating trying to get an actual person on the phone), trying to get a supervisor/manager. I was told something must've happened & the driver needed to reschedule & that's how it was done. Well, the same thing happened the next day. On the 3rd day, again while I was sitting on my porch, the tracking changed from "out for delivery" to "delivered, & signed BY ME"! Never once did I ever see a FedEx truck!!! I didn't even call FedEx, I called my camera company & filed a claim through them. FedEx bought me a lens, I got the new one delivered, I was happy.
Eight months later! I get a phone call from a family friend, who was cutting grass at an abandoned house about a mile away... & my original package was sitting on the porch!!! & yes, my correct address was on the box.

Sadly, the last 2 months with fedex has been abysmal. After a customer service call yesterday they seemed intent that it was left at my residence. Will see what Chronicles says but ya this is turning into a huge crapfest.
 
Either way, he gave me the link and I'm all paid & set now! over to you Mr Mold Maker :p make that thing beautiful haha!!

Mission achieved I hope! More photos soon. (Don’t mind the yellow tape on the bottom of the visor. The whole inside is masked to keep the liner tidy.)
