Cheap and Accurate Michael Myers Halloween (II) Mask!

Just got mine.

Not really impressed with the paint job, or the "Made in Mexico" stamp on the back.

Then again not bad I guess for the price :unsure

Post photos please. Is it really not as nice as the web photos they showed??

Does that mean it's ass? Gimmie a rating on the 10 scale, man. I trust your grading. I was looking forward to this one.

I don't think it is bad for the price but I am a little disapointed with it.

There is NO paint on the neck, paintjob stops under the chin.

That's too bad, man. Even for 60 bucks you'd think someone could've shot the neck.

Sorry no Camera.

It certainly does not look like the ones in the photos

I will use this for a beater and not worry about it.

Still on my quest to get one.

I thought it was interesting the comments on this thread about mass-produced vs custom.

Custom is still the way to go!!

Well, dammit. That's a shame; a great shame. How's about some modifications? Will that help get it to look like what's in the photos? What's the damage?

...Custom is still the way to go!!

I sent an email to a Greek fella ages ago inquiring about getting one of his customs (supposedly the best out there according to the Halloween boards), I forget his name, but he never replied back.

Hot items these things are.

Man, Mattel's hoverboard let's us down... This mask is a letdown...Neca's stunt Gremlin is a letdown... It seems all licensed items are just thrown together with no care :(

Damn that's who I was going to get mine from! :unsure

I just watched the blu-ray and it seems at least to me that one side of the mask had the paint rubbed? off so it is flesh colored around the bottom.

Will be interesting to see what the experts think of this.

For what I paid I am happy with it, as i will wear this and not worry about it

The quest continues though! :lol

hey guys, that's my video. you have to understand that when i did that video the mask was completely unstuffed. so it pretty much hung on the wig head like an H1 would.

i think a lot of people forget that this is a $60 mass produced mask. it's not going to compare to a $250+ mask in any way. if you're a stickler for accuracy or if you feel you have to have the best then this mask is not for you.

the myers community has wanted an extremely affordable option for a long time and here it is.

here's a picture after i stuffed it a little. i'm a jason guy so i don't know all the nuances when it comes to these masks and how to get them to look right while displayed.

That may be true but the masks should be consistant or else there will be quite a few upset people.

As I posted earlier yours is painted way different than mine and that is where they are going to get in trouble :unsure
