You'll have to wait to receive a new email with an invitation to reorder the hilt. Once you reordered, you'll get a shipping confirmation soon after. I already received my hilt after going through this process.

Anyone know how can I make sure I receive a refund?

I would otherwise wait as advised, but I worry I may be overlooked given the situation around my order.

My 7C order (placed July 1st 2022) was previously marked as fulfilled, but nothing was ever delivered.

Lewis contacted me here about a year ago saying that it sounded like a missing batch 1 parcel, but he stopped responding after that.

I've sent you a PM. You would of had an invitation, which I can only assume may have hit your spam folder? When in doubt, drop us a message on Facebook. We have mentioned numerous times that there are still folks we haven't heard from, and to reach out if they can't find their invitation.

On a separate note - the next updates for the Facebook page are reserved for when we start public releases - rebuys we deal with behind the scenes while we make and ship them (Luke above recieved his yesterday). I'm not sure people want to see me making helper boards day in, day out and sanding aluminium.

Don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I know these aren't available anymore, but I was told that a static version was planned, any idea of when ? I guess the main change to this and a static version will be the control box/reveal board size ?

If there's no change to the main hilt, will a static box be sold individually?

Asking cause I might be able to put my hands on a MoM but I'm still on the fence on having a non 100% accurate control box ( which is understandable for an fx version )

Chamber orders are finally assembled and *beginning* to ship to cover those which were unfulfilled by the UK machinist. Those orders currently have priority.

Damn, really? On one hand, I'm glad it isn't just me but on the other, this shouldn't be a common occurrence to begin with.

Incredibly frustrating to hear about shipments going out and mine's nowhere in sight, no word on tracking. I'd be on the chopping block if I took this long sending out my sales!

Yes. And I have received messages, though it has been intermittent. Unfortunately, posting here has been the best way to get a response.

To be fair, I don't think it's intentional, and I know there have been some unforeseen issues related to manufacturing and ownership over the last couple years.

Lewis said, on the 13th via dm, that he'd send one out to me via FedEx, but I haven't heard anything more on that since.

I do believe — hopefully — that they will eventually "make things right". When... idk.

I'll post an update here as things progress.
