Now onto the topic at hand I need a belly piercing piece to become a reality out of silver. I have the design in mind and how it would function. so if theres anyone here who can create body jewelry drop a note here ot pm me.

That is soooo wrong but funny. actually My GF wants to change hers but cant seem to find wha she's looking for so I figured I'd start with the prop pros first before hitting jewelers

If you live in a good sized city, you should call with this question to the local tattoo shops. I've known of more than one tattoo shop that had a local jewelry maker in town just for custom orders. Of course, it's highly likely someone here can help you too.
