To all those who have lost money to Brandomack. Be aware that you still have rights. The fact that he put in writing on this thread several times that he extended the refund process means regardless of whatever he chooses to try to run away from he has acknowkedged the money is owed. This means you can reach out to PayPal and show that he extended the refund process. Paypal CAN hold him and his account responsible. On top of this if enough interest is there, a class action suit can be launched in Maple Ridge, BC , Canada. The thread clearly shows that Brandon Mackay promised refunds and then removed contact for an extended period of time leaving his customer base in limbo and feeling exposed. This is where the fraud suggestions come in play very clearly. If you contact the RCMP ( Royal Canadian Mounted Police ) in Maple Ridge BC, Canada and ask to open a police report or join in opening several police reports, it will help further your cause. He might be able to run away from the RPF but he can not outrun his own words and promises. Be strong and get it done and work together to get what is rightfully owed to you PLUS interest.

Am i correct?Brandomack thinks he can just take peoples money and forget about them!Promising to repay the money he took for an item and not providing said item is THEFT! The list of people still waiting for a refund,that we know is clear to see. There may be more people who he hasn't put on his Promised refund list.

HI Stussy...indeed you are correct. I do have a very strong understanding of the law. I recently won a judgement in a case. Although it was draining it was well worth sticking to my instincts and seeing it through. Like I said before, the good thing about this situation for all those owed money by Brandomack is he sealed his fate by abandoning the post after not living up to his own refund schedule. This clearly shows intent to fraud. While he may have thought he had an out by time passing...he does not...he changed the agreement and then walked away. That is fraud !!!
 
Very curious if PayPal will take action here. Might be worth a try and if someone succeeds, he can let it know here so others can follow the same process. But to be honest, I have little hope that PayPal will step in here, even with proof of what Brandon has said.

Off course legal action is still possible, but far more complicated. Certainly if you do not live in the US.
 
The RPF admin did the right thing by banning him. In all honesty even if Brandomack made contact on this site without a doubt it would have been more lies and manipulations. I suggest those who are owed money screen shot as much of this thread as possible to get the necessary info needed to try to hold Brandomack accountable. Best of luck...stay safe.
 
With banning him, the content of this thread is also "safe" now. As long as he had access here, he would have been able to just change all his own messages in this thread and remove all content if he wanted to. So I think banning him was a wise decision. It was not as if he was still willing to solve things here...

Living high on the hog with someone else footing the bill. He enjoys the concerts...the restaurants...the trips...the toys....then plays the boo hoo card and can't cope. Hats off to the admin for making the RPF safer and stronger as a community. I am sure he must be reading all this from his shadow accounts.
 
I wonder if the members of Propsummit.com know this thief and conman is not to be trusted. Think i will be putting up a post on there to make people aware of his Thieving and never to trust this scumbag!
 
Has there been an attempt at this point to update or generate a new list of exactly who is still non-refunded and owed how much money? The list as of September, 2021 is now over 3 years old. There are 29 names, and 6 are listed as refunded, therefore 23 victims. How many of those members are still active/not-refunded and how much are they owed? I think there was an option to pay the full $600 or perhaps a deposit of $300. That puts the total amount stolen as somewhere between $6900 and $13800 USD. A good start for those planning a class action is an accurate accounting of all funds owed, and the dates of the original transactions (which would allow for calculation of interest, etc.).

Also, Brandon would have been able to see all the content of messages- when I get a message I get a notification and it actually puts the text in my email, so it would in theory be easy for him to view all the messages on the forum without signing on, since December 2023.
 
I think it would be best to contact all people on that list through PM to check how much they still own from Brandon. I assume not a lot more people were refunded than what can be seen in the list.

Also: that list is not complete! There are more people waiting for refunds, that are not on that list. On top of that I think some people on that list are also not very active anymore on the forum.

Anyway, I think contacting everybody on the list through PM and distill a new list based on the answers you get, would be a good first step. Curious to see how much money we are talking about, but I'm afraid it's a 5 digit number!
