As an FYI, I have 50 of the original designs (not the same quality as the Jinyo coins) available in the JY for cheap if anyone wants some of them? If not then I may hand them out at Halloween next year

The likeness on the reject coins looks great, but obviously the quality isn't. Is that design held by the mint that made them?

That image was originally provided to the new company to work with but the first draft they sent back needed adjustments and I've been trying to get them to tweak it the right way since. Part of the issue with that one is that I can't seem to locate the original picture that was used so I had to send them other pics of her to try and make the adjustments from.

No, antique silver is the finish. I haven't given the go ahead yet, I'm still not 100% satisfied with the proof

It is mainly the nose now. It is a vertical line in the proof, but the reference pic has her with the bottom 40% of her nose to be a rounded triangle. I tried to make up an example but I was having temporary problems with the editor cooperating. If I get a chance I will try again. Also, they are using the hair and eye placement of the photo I used above, but they reversed the angle of the lighting (I guess to get past the "it must be 10% different" copyright usage)

I appreciate the feedback. Like I said, I'm trying to get this company to make the changes to get it right. I was assured they had no copyright issues with the image so that shouldn't be a concern. I am supposed to get another proof from them tomorrow so once I get it I'll post it up for further review. I'm sorry this is taking so long, I thought they would be able to get it right much sooner than this.

So I got another update back - they made some slight adjustments to the nose, lips, chin and eye areas. I'm not sure that I will be able to get things much different than this. I know the image on the reject coin looks good, but this company has advised me that with trying to achieve a 3D image, they will not be able to CNC that rejected coin image correctly (I have no experience with CNC so I have no idea if this is true or not).

I know it pretty hard to achieve a realist 3D look on a mostly 2d surface without color. The shadow and shading make a big difference.

Added to the list. The original goal was BW, Hawkeye and likely Fury and maybe Coulson. I've also considered doing villians - it will all come down to how well these are received

I dont' think I will be able to get any closer on the BW coin so I'm going to move ahead and get this one started to avoid any further delays. I'll get a thread started shortly with the next coins as well. I just need to finalize the artwork I'd like to submit for the Hawkeye and Fury coins and confir if people want a Coulson as well.

I will be in for them all... and if you continue with the SHIELD Agent coins I would also consider a Maria Hill coin (that is if you were to consider it, I would even go as far as some of the AoS characters like Skye/Daisy but I dunno if anyone else would be interested)
