And my latest Variant... I think Its pretty close to what the origins gauntlet looks like... Now if I could make it it of something other than foam it would be cool. Hopefully i can do that sometime soon. I'm wondering if it would be cool to use worbla or wonder flex over the foam gauntlet... Or maybe use layers of .020" styrene sheets on top of each foam layer or in place of some foam laters?

Looks great! Does make me feel a little bad with all the progress I'm seeing from you and all the repairs mine's been needing.

thanks man! Just wanting to make the jump to other materials but damn that other stuff can be pricy as it's not something you can find at your local craft store or home depo(Sinatra, styrene, worbla, wonder flex)

Dont feel down man. From what I can see your suit looks great. You gotta remember this stuff is a process. It's been a long one too just to decide on a gauntlet design. I've made them more times than I can count and always find something I want to change or fix for the next time.

Still wanting to redo the armor in it's entirety but here is a shot I took after I completed this set of gauntlets and I was trying out some new gloves.

Thanks man. Means a lot coming from you as you make some of the best batman related accessories out there. Im still planning on making an order for your origins v2 cowl in the near future as I just purchased my tickets to the October NYC Comic-con. ��

One thing i would improve are the shoulders. A little too small for your body you might have to try a couple different sizes before you perfect them. But looking great. And the new gaunlets are beast, you really mastered them. What gloves did you use?

Totally. Originally the shoulders were to hang down further towards the bicep pieces and the cape would cover the top of my actual shoulders but an error in my measurements when cutting and glueing the elastic straps down onto the chest plate produced what you see. That's why this time around i built a duct tape dummy. I will be making larger shoulders though this time around. Thanks :D

I photoshopped the shoulders so they come down a little more. How does this look?
and the gloves I'm using now are Hatch Reactor Hard Knuckle Gloves. The ones prior were rubber work gloves called MadGrip.

Awesome! I would have LOVED to see you take a crack at the foam cowl to go with this build but you CAN'T go wrong with Kev's cowl. Now let's see a full on suit up! Lol

I'm still going to take a stab at the foam cowl as I've been wanting to try pepakura for quite some time.

I have the same cowl. The only problem I've noticed is mine has 2 humps from where the ears are filled with foam and it hurts my hair after wearing for a while
