The problem is that many people think this is something eFX doesn't know and that threads banging eFXs head against the wall saying this over and over helps.
It does not. It only hurts.
Spend your energy helping, not hurting.
Even worse, for all the time you guys spent arguing over this non-issue, you could have been out actually building something.
Oh, and I love you rylo!!!!!!
Just curious, how do we help eFX communicate better? Some things are just outside of our control.
Without knowing if you're a guy or a gal: Does your significant other want to hang out with friends of yours she / he likes, or friends of yours who rag on her / him constantly for something she / he probably is aware of (maybe her / his choice in you)?
How is ragging on anybody for anything like this ever going to be good for them?

Ah, I see the root issue of disagreement here.
You're treating eFX like Brian and the company is your friend.
I'm treating eFX like I'm it's (potential) customer.
Two entirely different approaches. I don't know Brian, or anyone at eFX, and I'm sure they are great people based on the comments of some people here whom I do have respect for. You and others defending them may be more familiar with the people there, and naturally would want to defend them. I and others, on the other hand, are just customers, with little emotional ties to the company and are concerned about product, delivery time, and customer service more than friendship. To me, this is purely business, not emotional, and as a customer I don't see some concerns being met.

Okay, so, final thoughts.
EFX needs to work on their communication.
Once they finally put out a product it's the best out there, bar none.
What else needs to be said? Both sides have expressed their concerns. Now it's up to the consumer how they want to spend their money.
That pretty much it? Can we close the thread down now?
5 years ago and this thread would've been nuked in 5 minutes by a large collective voice of like minded collectors and propmakers.
