That back piece looks amazing. I do somewhat hate you now. I was halfway through building from handmade templates and now I'm building from your files. Great work!

Lol... sorry bud, I can't blame you for going ahead with a freehand build, I've taken forever to get going on this.

Just a heads up... I'm having a hell of a time with the shin piece, so don't expect it too soon. I might just give the gauntlet another go first... either way, both the gauntlets and shins are giving me head aches.

I actually started my freehand build when the Durkness unfolded the helmet. But right as I saw you were making progress with the chest I ran into a problem with my backplate and decided I'd just work on another suit and see what kind of work you'd do. Needless to say, your work on the Arkham Knight is awesome,

Thanks bud... much appreciated. I'll start up on the gauntlets in an hour or 2, so hoping to have some positive progress on that by the end of the week.

The gauntlets are coming along alot better this time round, considering I've started and restarted them about 7 or 8 times over the last few weeks.

Go stuck into it from scratch today and although there's still alot of work to be done, I'm fairly happy with how they're turning out.

The inner elbow parts still have to be done and some other odds and ends... then it's some tweaking and off to pep.

Looks sooo nice! Any update pics on the V.2 helmet?

I should have something up by this evening... I've messed up the render settings and cant seem to get them fixed so that I can get a decent render, just getting a blurry blob lol. I'll play around with it today though.

Starting to figure out how to get clearer renders....

Beautiful work! Glad to see you were able to figure out your blurry blob glitch...

Thanks... This is the model I'll be sending off to IM Nation to convert to a 3D printable file... the pep file doesn't have all the bells and whistles.

That should make an awesome 3d printable helmet!! Fewer bell and whistles would make it easier for pepping to be sure..
A 3d printed helmet of this would be so awesome to own.. Best of luck getting that printed up and make sure to post pics:D:thumbsup

I love this. I've always wanted to get into pep stuff, maybe I'll start with this. Thanks for the inspiration!

It'll be a while before I get the chance to have my own 3D printed version unfortunately... I was hoping to get a 3D printer within the next 2 or 3 months, but life has stepped in and dashed those dreams for now... so maybe later this year.

Thanks... And you're welcome. You've been on the forum for a bit, so you know what's possible... everything I know about pepping has originated from the great guys on this forum - there's a huge amount of info and advice here, so go for it.

You'll be surprised how adictive this is lol.
