Mjolnir like the rest of the build is made of foam.
Thanks. But believe it or not I didn't end up using that file.. lol.. I got lazy. Instead I just winged it off of these papercraft files I found.

Thanks. The bracers like all parts of the suit are simply pieces of foam cut in shapes and either glued flush or staggered to create ridges. Not much more to it.

This is really amazing. I'm inspired by what your doing and can't wait to see more. I built a traditional 616 Mjolnir out of foam to replace the broken one I'd made from cardboard coated with Quickmetal. I gave the new hammer head an internal "skeleton" also made of foam and coated the outside with plastidip so it can stand up to light play. Are you doing anything to make your hammer head "crush proof"?

It's already crush proof. I whacked it against the GF and played around with the dog with it... The foam I use is dense.. And since all the edges are 45's there is alot of strength.
