Just a small update. I got the hockey pads.. they work well. This gives a bit of an idea of how it'll look. My actual body and arms will push them out even further. But you get the idea.. also the other bracer is done.

Thanks. I too cannot wait to see it painted. It'll really make it pop. I have to still solder in the lines and other details.

Need to modify and expand the center of the undershirt to accommodate the new width. But once that's done I'll post pics.

what are you using for pants? i've been hoping to avoid sewing my boyfriend's leather pants, but i can't find anything really worth using/modding otherwise so far. :-/

Sorry guys... just got a bit burnt out and discouraged.. but I am back at it again and plan on knocking out the shin armor next... then I can go through an reinforce/strengthen any areas... solder in the details.... and figure out strapping/buckles/velcro etc for wearing it. Then I'll prime and paint, etc... still need to finish up cape.

Hey guys!

Small update. Got the shins done.... Please note the details will be added later with a soldering iron. The back also has red fabric and of course my actual pants will be worn with boots. Just wanted you guys to get a sneak peak.

Sorry for the craptastic pics. Now that everything is built. I need to start adding details to everything... work on cape, figure out strapping aka how to wear it.. and prime and paint.
