So my 3/4 (19mm) Weaver Leather strap came through the letterbox today and as already stated, it does look and feel premium.

I'm hoping this leather will wear in, (as leather should) it doesn't fall as well as the one side leather, backside nubuck (rawhide) strap does and it squeaks at the slots where it feeds into the trike.

All in all a great strap but I just hope this wears in, if it continues to speak she's coming back off! (Pet hate)

You might try taking it off and putting it through some wear first, roll it, unroll it, twist, etc. See if that helps?

When the sale first went live, I had same day delivery. My local distribution center must have emptied out because now it says August 5 - 6.

You might try taking it off and putting it through some wear first, roll it, unroll it, twist, etc. See if that helps?

Yeah, I'm a cobbler by trade and I knew I should have conditioned it first ... the need to put on trike was too great! Haha

Thanks guys, do we know for a fact that that is tip to tip? screw hole to screw hole? or externally visible end to end where they go into the side pockets? I don't remember if they took it off and measured the whole strap or just the externally visible portion.
