Rusty has an actual PROP. His is one of the variants used in the movie. There are several different ones where the details are slightly different.

Sorry I should have clarified that. Still would love to get a copy of yours though, mine is just two halves that come apart. Always wanted a replica with the lock picks and knife ever since I saw the movie.

Not a great paint job but I will be doing the rhodium plated soon. Words cant describe how cool this is.

hmm....that was the "White Plastic Polished". It's cheap, but It looks like the finish is not smooth.

Maybe the minimum I should offer it in is the "Frosted Ultra Detail". The FUD has a smooth finish.

On the plus side, the hinges look good.

Yes the plastic had printlines. I didn't expect it to be perfect so the next one will be better.

Just too grainy finish. I've removed that option from my page.

I may receive my Rhodium version by Nov 11. I'll post pics when it arrives.

Fixed the hinges. A pin must be put through the hinge holes.

I had to file down the pegs on the side of the lock picks slightly to get them to fit.

After this, I reduced the peg size on the lock picks. That should work out the last of the kinks.

You need a pin (sewing kind, but not needle) Put it through the hinge and fold the end over. Snip the remainder of the pin off.

Here, there are two circles, one on top, one on bottom. The blade has a hole in it the same size as the circles. You need to gently pry the case apart enough to slip the blade past the circles. The circles will be completely inside the hole in the blade and act as hinge for opening and closing the blade.

You need the Accessory kit to complete the knife. The Accessory kit includes the black and white mask logo acrylic piece to glue in the knife. The kit also includes 2 of the keyboard stickers. (in case you make a mistake with one.) The Accessory kit is $10 which includes shipping.

I use a combination of free / pay software.

I use Blender and Tinkercad which are free and Zbrush. (expensive ! )
