Isn't some aspect of this Chapter relevant to something that occurs in TROS? I thought that was why they released it yesterday, versus the usual Friday air dates.

It was released early because of TROS, not because it informs the movie, but because they didn't want the new chapter coming out the same day as the movie. It also gave them the opportunity to have that "teaser/preview" after Mandalorian, to try and convince as many viewers as possible to go see TROS.

Reports I've heard in the past were that the series was supposed to show aspects of how the First Order came to power. I know that one of those aspects was that they were taking children, basically conscripting them into service at the earliest of ages.

What I'm waiting to see is if, & how, this possible ties in with the Empire stealing Force sensitive kids as seen in REBELS.

The two may be completely unrelated, but I'm kinda doubting it.

WOW. That's gotta be the best chapter yet. Cannot wait to see what other Star Wars things Deborah Chow works on because both episodes she's directed have been my favorites.

Well, she's taking the helm for the Kenobi series on D+, so there's hope in that. Her episodes have been great, so let's hope that carrys over.

at the climax of the movie, the Razors Crest will swoop in, blow up something important, then we'll cut to a shot of a Yoda looking baby Yoda & a grey haired Pedro & Gina in the cockpit, before Pascal says, "You're all clear, kid!".

SO... if EFX scout trooper helmets were now used in official SW related media/TV series, that means that these scout helmets, and therefore the huge GAP, are now CANON, correct?!

I would say it’s more of a conceptual thing I guess?
I have not seen TROS for what it’s worth, but if the leaks are to be trusted the link should be easy enough to see. It’s nothing revelatory or anything like that.
