The Mandalorian (TV series)

...We shall here forth refer to them as Chapters!

I was thinking the same thing. The show is calling them chapters, I'll do my best to the the same. lol

And no, I don't remember any of the villagers being shown getting killed or injured. though once they "engage" you really only see the two stick guys fighting the leader. could easily have a few villagers getting ripped in half "off screen", just not shown.

Watching Chapter 4 again today, I noticed that Cara's beauty mark is actually a Rebel/Republic phoenix tattoo.

Quick question... did any “Good Guys” die in episode 4 during the final battle? I gotta rewatch it again but I can’t help but feel like the battle was obnoxiously one sided...
We know Disney is capable of showing some pretty brutal action on screen per Rogue One, and episodes 1, 2 & 3 were pretty on point in this regard, but the longer 4 digests with me the more out of place and “Disneyfied/cencored” it feels.
I think a couple scrubs did. No one who had a speaking part though. Kind of like a star trek landing party...Spock, Bones, Sulu, Checkov, guy in red shirt, you're with me. We all know who does/doesn't die.

True, but I think you can definitely still incorporate loss into the scenes better. Make it feel more gritty and real. The Battle of Hoth is a great example of this done well and building tension enough to make you forget about plot armor. Its probably the one real gripe I have with ROTJ on top of the Ewoks during the endor battle. All the Rebel troopers just kinda disappear once the battle starts when showing a few of them being killed during the conflict would have been far more effective to the scene in the film and a far less ridiculous

The Child Plush by Mattel

Expected to be available 4/1/2020?? What idiot was in charge of merchandising for the Mandalorian? :p

I can't believe no one thought, "Hmmm, I bet we could sell a few of these for Christmas..."

Apparently Favreau purposefully did not release any of the designs for baby Yoda to any of the license holders to avoid the inevitable spoilers and ruin the reveal. Bold move, but it definitely worked.
