Glad that you were able to negotiate terms with your neighbor. I can see why you are a well-respected member of this forum beyond just prop building talents.

Its good that you won't have to shell out more money for a new "MattCave" and waste valuable build time travelling to a new site.

I guess a "1st to ride" offer won him over? :lol


BTW are you planning to attend the SDCC panel on Thurs that was recently added?

7:00-8:00 Inside The Batmobile

TV & Movie Batmobile designers and builders will be panelists.

Of course that means being late to Jedifyfe's meetup. :facepalm

I gotta say I am really impressed with the way you are dealing with this whole project. From the planning and logistics, pulling in helpers when needed, the building itself, to the documenting and updating. It makes me feel a part of the project somehow -- so thanks for the hard work and the vicarious experience! I just got crapped on by my neighbor (living in a apartment for one more month and then we close escrow on a house!!!) when she complained about my dremeling in my garage with the door shut. I've been dremeling in the garage for over a year now, in the middle of the day with zero problems and now this......O well, its only for a little bit and then I can built a proper shop in my OWN garage lol.
