Terminator 2 Harley Fat Boy 1/6th scale

Odometer reset knob added. Made out of aluminium foil, gently embossed, then wrapped around a conical shape.

Take Two. I decided the knob wasn't snub-nosed enough and the mounting ring was too small. Side by side comparison of before and after, plus screen shot of the knob in question.

Last one. I promise. I went for a slightly different (duller) metal finish on the ring compared with the knob and the ring/knob proportions are more aligned than in my third attempt.

Headlight bracket. And yes, the screw is threaded.

Slight update.
Excellent craftmanship!
Thanks Korben 44. I really appreciate your positive comments. By the way, I've since trimmed the brackets again. They were too long. I'm also going to beef up the molded on detail in the black area between the forks. It's all too thin. You'll see what I mean with my next post.

You're welcome! Your patience and attention to detail are impeccable! Very motivating...

More details to add, see red circle areas in the first photo. It will be interesting making a 1/6th scale toggle switch. Big shout to "The Terminator"; would you send me some "up" shots of your bike showing the area between the front forks, as circled in green on the prop shot?

Slightly change to the toggle switch. It was at too much of a right angle to the surface.

I replaced the steering column mounting platform, as per these photos showing the difference from kit version to primed replacement.

Mike,

As always, I'm impressed with your attention to detail! It's quite a journey you've been on and I'm happy to have been part of it!

Thanks Kris. Here's a shot of the finished and installed product. Still not sure about the length of the rear metal bolt but will sleep on it.
