tell me about it.. since peole these days think that only things dark and gritty are cool, there are MANY new ways they could go. How about a story featuring the Elite Ninja? Foot Mystics? The Rat King? Even the first Issue expanded would be a shock to people with them killing Shredder.

instead, we get Bay. ugh.
 
was thinking of bringing out 1/3 scale TMNT sculptures if there was interest in them?? would only be making 1 to start and see how it goes from there...
the real question is do we go for the classic or the new turtles??
 
Who was the guy here who made a tmnt that looked like a real turtle? Wes maybe? I'm in love with that design. I'm sure it would've been too big a departure for the general public though.
 
I love the turtles but I don't think I will like the movie from what I've seen. If the turtles look this bad when the trailer comes out I won't be watching this. Not to mention with the success of the new cartoon what kid is going to relate this new look to what they have been watching?
 
Yes. The fact that they're both a group of ninja turtles with the same bandana colours, same names, similar personality traits trained by a giant rat.....and the fact that they're ninja turtles.

Nope. No kid is going to watch both.

Is it just me, or Donny looks like he needs to workout quite more than the rest of the turtles...?! He looks like he needs to eat more, kinda skinny in that last picture.
 
Its to differentiate the look of the four, so that they don't look cookie cutter with just different color bandanas.

...clearly that was a massive problem that prevented the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise from ever becoming popular. This should fix everything!
 
I hope to god Mike doesn't have a tattoo on his arm in the movie like in that fan art. Want to be they sound street thug too? Probably sound like that transformer with the gold tooth.

Why does Michaelangelo have a sweater tied around his waist? I imagine a pullover is quite tough to get on around that shell. Sheesh.
 
Those toys look like cheap knock offs compared to any other iteration of the franchise toys. Wow those look atrocious.
